Ms. Ng is a veteran in the aviation industry in Asia.  She has built a number of aviation-related companies from scratch to internationally recognized enterprises in the last decade and is known as an expert in managing start-up businesses.

 

Ms. Ng is the co-founder of Friedmann Pacific Asset Management Limited (“FPAM”).  Since 2006, she has been making the first foray into the aviation finance industry in China and active participation in the global aviation value chain.  She also is one of the founding member of the China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC”), the first operating lessor in China.

 

Ms. Ng was heavily involved in the management and operations of the lessor at its initial development stage from 2006 to 2010, including design and set-up of procedures and control, and communications of technical aspects for its aircraft delivery.  She has also acquired the knowledge and expertise of aircraft life-cycle including valuation of aircraft and components, as well as, trading and distribution of aircraft components.  Thus, facilitated CALC to develop into a full-value chain aircraft solution provider in Asia.

 

Ms. Ng started Aircraft Recycling International Limited (“ARI”) in 2015 and responsible for strategic planning and business operations.  While supervising the construction of China’s first aircraft disassembly facilities, she leads a professional team in establishing a trading platform in Asia with distribution channels across the globe.  Moreover, she is the key person in acquisition for an international aircraft disassembly corporation in US.

 

Ms. Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science. As an aviation-passionate, she started her private pilot studies since 2003 and has converted a Subaru car engine to make an experimental aircraft.

Mr. Lim embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in Singapore in 2001. 

Over the years, his diverse investment portfolio has encompassed sectors such as IT solutions, renewable energy, and the aviation industry,  building up a well-established network of international companies. 

 

Mr. Lim holds an illustrious academic background, having graduated from Raffles Institution and the National University of Singapore.

President (China)

Mr. Liu founded LUCN in 2018 which focus on regional investment services as its core business. Through a spectrum of responsibilities, such as regional planning and consultation, regional supporting advisory, industrial cluster agglomeration and operational services, LUCN provides comprehensive solutions for regional industrial development.  Thus, effectively enhanced the value of the regional economy.  LUCN has served the government of Fenghua District of Ningbo, the government of Hechuan District of Chongqing, Hubei ECOTIC Real Estate Company Limited, Hainan Commercial Newspaper Group and many other governments, enterprises and institutions.

 

Before joining Aero Plus, Mr. Liu worked in the SUNAC, Wanda Group, Xian TITAN, China Fortune Land Development and Shanghai Changjia Group.  He has proven track records to manage more than 300 projects, covering an area of over 300 square kilometers.  He has held various positions of president or vice president in each company.  He has extensive experience in strategic management, capital operation, regional development, project management, industrial investment, business negotiation, marketing and media relations.

 

Mr. Liu graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Senior Consultant (China)

 

Mr. Xiao currently is a Senior Consultant for the Group’s aviation business in China. He provides business consulting and advisory services in all aspects of aviation commercial and business activities to the Group.

 

Mr. Xiao has over 38 years’ experience in aviation industry. He is well-versed in aircraft maintenance and specialized in aircraft engine manufacturing and design. He has held various senior positions as Marketing & Commercial Director of Sichuan Services Aero-engine Maintenance Company Limited, Regional Sales Director of Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing and Design Engineer of Engine Overhaul & Repair and Manufacturing Engineer in Ameco.

 

Mr. Xiao holds a Bachelor degree from Engineering of Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and currently a recognized professional in Aeronautical-Mechanical Engineering from Civil Aviation Administration of China.

President of Operations (China)

 

Mr. Li is currently a President of Operations for the Group's aviation business in China, responsible for overseeing the business operation in aviation services, aviation exhibition & training & conferencing, aviation financial solutions and expanding the business.

Mr. Li has proven track records to manage a number of aircraft and engine trading projects. He has worked for Hebei Airlines, Jinggong Gaojie Business Jet, and Cambodian Airlines, serving as engineer, PCC supervisor and senior management positions. He has extensive experience in professional technology, project management, market development, and business negotiation in the aviation field.

Mr. Li graduated from the Civil Aviation University of China in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
